For sanitary purposes, we do not accept return nor offer any refunds. We are also not responsible for any products that melt during transit. Please refer to our our frequently asked questions to see how to solidify the product if melted.

Lavish Butters is not responsible for any melted shipments. Our whipped body butters and foaming body scrubs if subjected to heat may melt. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. If possible please retrieve your items immediately as they are delivered to avoid heat exposure.
